Under a South Korean Assistance, the RN 3 from Phnom Penh Airport to Kampot City has been planned to be rehabilitated.
KCEC has been awarded with a Sub-Contract to Korean Consultant International (KCI) to undertake the Design and Supervision of this Contract, from August 2008 to February 2012.
