KCEC has permanent staff and external consultants. All are Cambodian, composed of Local National and National Expatriates.

At present, we have 130 staff of which 75 engineers, 55 technicians and supporting staff. The engineers are graduated from USA, Canada, Cambodia, England, Australia, France, Russia, Japan,… having an average of more than 20 years of experiences.

When needed, we call upon our external consultants to complete the team, to work in specific fields and projects. A list of 30 consultants is updated every 3 months, to be able to satisfy on time to the needs.

All our staff have gained a very extensive experience in Civil Works, Water Supply, Agriculture and Economic Development, Agro-Industry, Community Development, Environment Protection, Rural Credit, Social Economic Development and Planning, Water Resources Development and Management, Electrical Works, and other Engineering services. We have worked as well as individual consultant and in cooperation with international ones.

By using modern computer assisted equipment and design software, as well as other electronic equipment, we can complete the works of high quality in a very limited time. The following pages show the in-house facilities of the company.

For all of our works, we exert a tight quality control by ourselves, by using international and foreign standards (ISO, ASTM, British, Japanese, Australian,…), and international bidding documents (FIDIC, and others).

With their high number of staff having numerous years of experiences, KCEC has the capability to fulfill the requirement of all development projects.
