KCEC is registered to the Government and officially recognized by them. The registration is made with the Ministries of Public Works and Transports, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economic and Finance, and others.

Taxes, fees and others dues to the Government are regularly paid.

KCEC fully complies to the laws for employee and workers established by the Minister of Works and Social Affairs.
