TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Khmer Consultant Engineering Corporation Ltd (KCEC) in association with ____________________ _________________(Name of associated firm if any) is pleased to confirm its offer to engage ___________________________ (Name of consultant/expert ) as ____________( Position of the consultant/expert )(hereafter called “The Consultant”) to work in the project ______________________________ (Project’s name and number) (hereafter called “The Project”).
The Terms and Conditions of Contract are as follows:

Term of Engagement |
The Consultant shall make himself available for Services from _____________ to _____________ on continued basis. The commencement date is confirmed in the Notice to Mobilize (NTM). Should the NTM indicate a commencement date and completion date different from the above, the NTM shall prevail. |
