Feasibility Study – Provincial Roads Improvement Project (ADB Loan)

Under the auspice of an ADB Loan, a feasibility study is to be carried out to improve roads in the provinces of Prey Veng and Svay Rieng provinces from March to November 2011.

Funded by the UK through the Department for International Development (DFID) under the South East Asia Community Access Programme (SEACAP), Oxford Policy Management (OPM) has been awarded with a contract to provide research into Infrastructure Constraints to Growth and Poverty Reduction, in order to promote sustainable access for rural communities to facilitate access to health, education, … The programme will be implemented in conjunction with the Governments of Cambodia, Lao and Vietnam.
