Funded by a Loan from Korea, rehabilitation works have been undertaken to rehabilitate/build the roads 31, 33 PR 117 and the Kampot Bypass from June 2010 to August 2013, in Kampot province, for a total distance of 107 km.

Sambo Engineering (South Korea) is the main consultant and KCEC is a sub-consultant.
