Funded by the UK through the Department for International Development (DFID) under the South East Asia Community Access Programme (SEACAP), Oxford Policy Management (OPM) has been awarded with a contract to provide research into Infrastructure Constraints to Growth and Poverty Reduction, in order to promote sustainable access for rural communities to facilitate access to health, education, … The programme will be implemented in conjunction with the Governments of Cambodia, Lao and Vietnam.

KCEC assisted OPM in providing one Senior Engineer in Rural Transport from June 2005.
